Marex Spectron Bullion Thoughts

As predicted, a dull day in bullion land and we have continued that theme overnight in Asia. We remain range bound and dollar beholden and that will also continue in the absence of any out of the ordinary economic or geopolitical news. I do sincerely wish there was something more interesting or exciting I could say about the markets, but I would much rather be honest about it than make up all sorts of exciting scenarios that will never come to fruition!

So continue to range trade and if anything untoward does happen, position yourselves accordingly. Generally speaking if there is a bit of news or an economic figure out of line and the market has a sudden move in one direction, it comes back to where it started a few hours or a day later. Take advantage of this, with the obvious caveat of extreme bullish/bearish news.
